Your piece must be less than 100 words (but much less is preferable) and be suitable for family reading. It should not decry the views of anyone whether of a particular faith or no faith.

Your piece must be no more than 300 words and must comply with the content rules above. We cannot guarantee inclusion

If you want to make a suggestion for a writer to submit a blog or some other suggestion
